Each of the nine elements that make up the Punta Falcone Resort is divided internally into five or six residential units, with each apartment having a beautiful sea view. These units are built on the basis of optimal space management and are offered in the two-room or three-room solution. All apartments face the sea, located on the ground floor, have a separate entrance and private garden.

Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Exclusive types.
Consists of two rooms, a large bedroom, and living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed, kitchen and kitchenette. The bathroom, with shower, is equipped with a hair dryer and towel heater. The outdoor area, for the exclusive use of the apartment, features a furnished loggia, and an entrance path surrounded by plants and small flower beds. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Some apartments have a sun terrace.
They have the same features as the Classic, but with additional more valuable furnishings, and a large garden area. A package of 'Comfort' services is included.
They have the same features as Superior, are located at the head of the building (each building has 5 apartments), with larger garden area on two sides. A package of 'Comfort' services is included.
Larger, with more valuable furnishings and better positioned than the Deluxe, with larger garden area on two sides. A package of 'Comfort' services is included.
Three-room apartaments, with two-bedroom.
Classic and Exclusive types.
The three-room apartment consists of three rooms, two large bedrooms and a room equipped with a two-seater sofa bed, kitchenette and kitchen; the room has a large living room. The garden, for exclusive use, features a loggia furnished with a table, armchairs for use as a relaxation and dining area. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Some apartments also have a sun terrace.
